Crossroads of Confidence and Connection

Most leadership training teaches women to adapt.
Horses teach congruence.

A transformational one-day on-ranch immersion

You Learned To Be Competent

You’ve achieved success.

But somewhere along the way, leadership started feeling heavier than it should.

You’re capable. Responsible. Reliable.
People trust you. Lean on you. Depend on you.

But beneath the competence, many women quietly find themselves:

  • over-functioning,
  • doing more than your share,
  • carrying the emotional weight for everyone else,
  • struggling to maintain boundaries without guilt,
  • or feeling disconnected from their own grounded confidence.

At the Crossroads of Confidence & Connection, you’ll reconnect with a more authentic, embodied way of leading — one rooted in clarity, connection, trust and truth.

Why horses?

Horses don’t respond to titles, performance, or perfection.

They respond to presence.

Through guided experiences with horses, you’ll gain powerful insight into:

  • the energy you bring into relationships,
  • how you communicate under pressure,
  • where trust breaks down,
  • and what authentic leadership actually feels like in your body.

Horses mirror what we often cannot see in ourselves — helping us develop greater self-awareness, emotional intelligence, confidence, and relational wisdom.

No prior experience with horses needed — just a willingness to show up.

What you'll experience

During this one-day experience, you’ll explore:

  • guided experiences with horses in a ranch setting
  • facilitated reflection on what interaction with the horses reveals
  • small group conversation with other accomplished women
  • leadership challenges that move concepts from your mind to your body
  • grounding in nature, away from screens and obligations

After having the experience of leading someone undeniably bigger and stronger than you are (without bullying, bribery or coercion), you will be changed.

You’ll leave with practical insight you can bring into everyday life: leadership, relationships, family, teams, communication.

What makes this different

This isn’t a typical leadership workshop.

There are no conference rooms.
No performative networking.
No pressure to have all the answers.

Instead, you’ll spend the day immersed in nature, horses, honest conversation, and experiential learning that invites genuine transformation — not just intellectual understanding.

This work is grounded, practical and deeply human.

And that doesn’t stay in the pasture.

That clarity, that groundedness — you take it with you.

Back into the meetings. The conversations.
The moments that used to throw you off.

But now you’re clearer. More grounded.
More present.

And people respond to that.

That’s what changes.

What women experience at the ranch.

I came expecting a peaceful weekend. What I experienced was something far deeper.

I felt completely safe to show up as my authentic self, something I didn’t realize I was missing. The work with the horses helped me reconnect with how I truly feel without judgment.

I left with a sense of peace, clarity, and direction that is already shaping both my personal and professional life.

Jocelyn was able to create and guide me through a day that allowed reflection, insight, being courageous, and allowing myself to be vulnerable.

I enjoyed the time with the horses, and Jocelyn’s guidance in seeing a bigger point of view in how I can show up in the world. It’s been a remarkable experience.

I can’t recommend Jocelyn’s event enough.

If you get the opportunity, sign up and do it.

‘Cause it’s amazing and I think everyone has taken away something different, a little piece of their own and sharing that has been really been quite magical.
