You don't have to choose between
connection and respect.

Unbridled: The Relational Intelligence Leadership Program

A Nine-Month Transformational Leadership Program

For accomplished women who have built a career worth admiring — and are quietly wondering if it's also a life worth living.

The quiet tension

You've mastered the performance.

Now what?

You are good at what you do. Possibly exceptional. You've earned the title, the respect, the résumé. And yet — something is off. You leave meetings feeling vaguely hollow. You soften your edges to keep the peace, then resent yourself for it. Or you hold the line and feel the room cool. You are tired of calibrating.

The problem isn't your ambition. It isn't your capability. It isn't even your leadership style. It's that somewhere along the way, you learned that connection and respect were a trade-off. That being liked meant being less. That being powerful meant being alone.

That was never true. And it's time to stop leading as though it is.

Horses don't respond to titles, performance, or perfection. They respond to presence. To clarity. To truth. They don't buy the performance. And they don't judge you for dropping it.

This program is for you if

You recognize yourself here.

  • You are a mid-life woman with real career accomplishments. And a growing sense that success alone isn't enough.
  • You have spent years adapting, over-giving, over-explaining, or playing careful. And you are exhausted by it.
  • You want to lead in a way that feels true to who you are, not who you learned to perform.
  • You crave deeper, more authentic relationships: at work, at home, within yourself.
  • You are ready to do real inner work, not just collect more strategies and frameworks.
  • You are open to learning from an unexpected teacher — one with four legs and no agenda.
  • You want self-actualization, not just advancement. You want a life that is as rich on the inside as it looks from the outside.

There's nothing to prove.
And nowhere to hide.

Horses give you honest feedback. Instantly. Without politics. Without pressure. Without an agenda. They respond to your presence — not your performance. And when you stop adjusting and start leading, they show you that too.

That doesn't stay in the pasture. You take it with you. Back into the meetings. The conversations. The moments that used to throw you off.

But now you're clearer. More grounded. More present.
And people respond to that.

I came expecting a peaceful weekend. What I experienced was something far deeper.

I felt completely safe to show up as my authentic self, something I didn’t realize I was missing. The work with the horses and sound sessions helped me reconnect with how I truly feel without judgment.

I left with a sense of peace, clarity, and direction that is already shaping both my personal and professional life.

The program framework

Nine steps.
One inevitable transformation.

Unbridled is not a content dump. It is a carefully sequenced journey — from seeing clearly, to leading from truth, to living it forward — built on the wisdom of horses, the Cowgirl's Compass, and over thirty years of hard-won leadership experience.

Phase one · Months 1–3     See clearly

Month 1 Awareness

The Honest Mirror — Name What Is Actually Costing You

You will identify the specific survival strategies — the over-explaining, the over-giving, the careful smallness — that once kept you safe and are now keeping you stuck, so that you stop managing symptoms and begin addressing the source, and every step that follows is built on truth instead of performance.

Month 2 Understanding

Roots and Reins — Understand Where Your Patterns Came From

You will trace the roots of your relational patterns — not to assign blame, but to reclaim choice — and you will meet the Cowgirl's Compass (Tenderness, Toughness, Truth, and Tact) as the orienting framework for making sense of what you find — so that you stop being unconsciously driven by old stories, and have a language and a compass for navigating every leadership moment that follows.

Month 3 Embodiment

The Herd Knows — Receive Feedback That Cannot Lie

In your first horse-guided session at the ranch, you will encounter feedback that is instant, honest, and entirely without agenda — so that you feel in your body what the Cowgirl's Compass actually looks and feels like in practice, and so that you can never again mistake performance for leadership.

Phase Two · Months 4–6     lead from truth

Month 4 Presence

Presence Over Performance — Lead With What You Are, Not What You Prove

You will develop the practical skills of centring, grounding, and authentic communication — the same signals that earn a horse's trust — so that people respond to who you are rather than what you are doing to manage them, and so that connection and respect cease to feel like a trade-off.

Month 5 Conflict

Conflict Curiosity — Turn Friction Into Forward Motion

You will learn to approach conflict with the same calm, curious energy that allows a handler to de-escalate a 1,000-pound animal — so that you stop avoiding difficult conversations or handling them with brute force, and your relationships deepen under pressure rather than fracture.

Month 6 Commitment

The Cowgirl's Code — Design Your Leadership From the Inside Out

Having lived the Compass, felt the horses' honest feedback, and developed real presence under pressure, you are now ready to design your personal code of conduct — a living commitment to who you choose to be as a leader — so that your values are no longer aspirational but operational, and the Code of Conduct you write is one you will actually keep because you earned it, rather than inherited it.

Phase Three · Months 7–9     live it forward

Month 7 Retreat

The Cowgirl Confident Retreat — Four Days That Change Everything

At the flagship four-day on-ranch retreat in the Foothills of the Canadian Rockies, you will immerse in herd dynamics, relational intelligence, and the Cowgirl's Code in community with other accomplished women — so that the insights from earlier phases are no longer intellectual but embodied, and you leave the ranch knowing — not just believing — who you are as a leader.

Month 8 Integration

Back to the Boardroom — Take the Pasture Into Every Room You Enter

You will build a personalized integration practice that bridges what you discovered at the ranch with the meetings, conversations and relationships of your daily life — so that you don't leave your clarity behind in Blackie, AB, and so that the people around you begin to experience a version of you that is clearer, calmer, and more compelling than ever before.

Month 9 Freedom

Unbridled — Step Into the Life You Actually Want

In your final phase, you will clarify what self-actualization looks like specifically for you — beyond career success, beyond approval, beyond the identity you outgrew — so that you leave this program not just a better leader, but a freer, more whole human being who leads a life as rich on the inside as it looks from the outside.

I have been amazed by it all. Jocelyn was able to create and guide me through a day that allowed reflection, insight, being courageous, and allowing myself to be vulnerable.

I enjoyed the time with the horses, and Jocelyn’s guidance in seeing a bigger point of view in how I can show up in the world. It’s been a remarkable experience.

your guide

The wisdom didn't come from a boardroom.

It came from the pasture.

I spent over thirty years as a CPA/CGA — in the rooms, at the tables, navigating the politics and the pressures that accomplished women know intimately. I left that world behind not because I failed, but because I realised I was built for something more important: helping other women stop shrinking, stop performing, and start leading from exactly who they are.

My horses have been my greatest teachers. They showed me what authentic presence actually feels like — not as a concept, but in my body. They showed me that the same qualities that build trust with a thousand-pound animal — clarity, calm, congruence — are the exact qualities that build trust with human beings.

I created The Cowgirl's Code, the Cowgirl's Compass, and the Unbridled program because I believe that the most powerful leadership development in the world happens not in conference rooms — but in wide open spaces, in honest relationship, in the presence of animals that simply cannot be fooled.

This is not coaching as usual. This is the work that changes everything.

— Jocelyn

You came in performing. You leave present. And that doesn't stay in the pasture — you take it with you. Back into the meetings. The conversations. The moments that used to throw you off. But now you're clearer. More grounded. More connected.

I can’t recommend Jocelyn’s event enough.

If you get the opportunity, sign up and do it.

‘Cause it’s amazing and I think everyone has taken away something different, a little piece of their own and sharing that has been really been quite magical.
